Doral Woods is a select and exclusive development set within mature woodlands in the Reedy Creek Nature Reserve, Kissimmee. This newly built Doral Woods luxury 4 bedroom villa offers the discerning vacationer a new level in comfort as well as being the perfect base for exploring the infamous theme parks, shopping malls, the natural beauty of the Florida coast and numerous wildlife and conservation areas.
The development itself has homes on wooded lots of around a half acre providing privacy and quietness and the community is surrounded by thousands of acres of natural Florida. The neighbourhood has a community pool and floodlit tennis courts exclusively for the use of the residents and their guests. Take a dip in the large screened private 30ft x 15ft heated pool with underwater lighting.
Sit back and relax on the large screened private sun deck that has its own covered dining area with ceiling fan and lights. Watch the frolics of the local squirrels as they scamper around the adjoining woods and landscaped gardens. Quality patio furniture and loungers are provided along with pool deck towels.

This lovely room is ideal for relaxing after a hard day at the Theme Parks! Catering for all your needs, just sit back and watch cable TV, videos and DVD’s, or enter into the spirit of things by playing any of the numerous wooden board games provided.
There is direct access to the large sundeck and pool area as well as the kitchen and other areas of the villa.
The kitchen is ‘designer’ fitted and equipped to an exacting standard. This includes oven, halogen hob, integrated microwave, waste disposal, dishwasher, coffee percolator, kettle, juice extractor, liquidiser, toaster and an American style fridge with ice, crushed ice and filtered chilled water dispensers.
There is cutlery and tableware for up to 12 place settings as well as a large range of kitchen utensils, good quality knives, pans and glassware. A complete set of plastic tableware and glasses is provided for use on the sun deck and pool areas.
The kitchen has patio doors onto the pool area making it ideal for serving dinner on the sun deck and covered dining area. There a large breakfast bar and bar stools. A telephone and answer machine is also available.
As well as the formal dining room there is a 'Nook' area adjoining the kitchen with a wrought iron table and four matching chairs. Ideal for everyday dining.

The fourth bedroom brings this theme to the forefront with matching tiger print bedding and accessories. A hit with the boys this room is always snapped up by the young Floridian adventurers on holiday! This bedroom has twin beds, dressing table, bedside tables and lamps also has a large walk-in wardrobe. The Beaver in the corner watches keeps his eye on the happenings in this room along with his soft toy friends on the dressing table!
This bathroom is next to the two twin bedrooms as well as having access to the pool and sun deck area.
