2. How do I check the availability of this property? (Back to Top of Page)
An online availability calendar is maintained by the owner can can be viewed by from the Rental Rates page on this web or by clicking on the Calendar below:
This calendar is up to date, however, as bookings can be made in the UK and US there can be a delay. It is strongly advised that you email us with any specific dates you are looking for, irrespective of whether or not the calendar may show the villa as reserved. Cancellations are often last minute and not immediately updated on the calendar.
3. How do I book this villa? (Back to Top of Page)
This villa can be booked direct with the owner in the United Kingdom, via the Property Management Company in the United States or automatically using our Online Reservations System. Please visit the Contact Us page for more information and telephone numbers.
A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total booking fee is required and a completed Booking Form. The Rental balance and Security Deposit is required 8 weeks prior to the date of rental.
Please confirm with the owners or Property Managers that the villa is available before completing the Booking Form and forwarding a deposit. (Only needed if booked direct with Owners or Property Managers)
4. Can I place a 'hold' on specific dates? (Back to Top of Page)
To ensure that you get the dates you require, a 7 day 'reservation hold' can be placed for you. The Booking Form and Deposit should be sent to the owner/Property Manager within this 7 day period to confirm reservation. After this holding period the villa can be reserved by other clients if the deposit and booking form isn't received.
5. How do I pay for this villa? (Back to Top of Page)
Payment is normally by cheque to the villa owners or Property Managers. Payment can be made by Credit Card to the Property Managers, however, there is a 2.5% surcharge for this, or via our Online Reservations System.
6. What deposit do I have to pay? (Back to Top of Page)
A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total booking fee is required.
7. Why do I have to pay a Security Deposit? (Back to Top of Page)
A £150 (or US $ equivalent) Returnable Security Deposit is payable when the rental balance is due 8 weeks prior to the rental date. Monies to cover the cost of breakages, lost keys etc. will be deducted from this deposit should the Property Managers deem it necessary. This deposit is not limited to £150 and is wholly dependant upon the cost incurred for any repairs. Please read our Rental Terms and Conditions for further information.
